I feel so excited when my friend Zha placed an order & asked for a bright red rosses for her wedding cake....she wants a basketweave technique but the colours must be white + bright red...I'm using chef master bright red + red no taste + red red (wilton) & kena 'peram' kejap to make the colour set...alhamdullilah...it turns nicely...
I baked her an icecream choc-strawberry marble cake from chef Tania, (thanks a lot dear chef, your recipe really marvelloussss)...To my dear sis Zha & Reez (a.k.a Saiful Ridzuan), selamat pengantin baru, moga berbahagia hingga ke akhir hayat....from us at 3N cakes...
