I've been looking for the stand mixer after thinking to go seriously in this baking line....Planning to get either Kenwood or Kitchen-Aid but after attending k.Mis's class last Sunday, I admired her red-metalic mixer & she told me the shop located at Jalan Ipoh by the name of 'Timbang'. I asked my dear hubby to drive me there after delivered the cake to my cousin's office. At last I bought the white in colour mixer.... 
At last I managed to join the Fondant & Sugar Box Class by the great sifu k.Mis from the MisCreative Cakes on 8 Feb. 2009. I'm the 2nd. last person to arrived, could not find her house in Pandan Jaya coz I'm lost somewhere in Kg.Pandan.....

I've enrolled myself into Course 2 for the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. Sis Yoke Moy will be teaching us again... and she had told us that, for this course we will do a lot of flowers from royal icing.... sound so interesting till we do it ourself then I found its not that easy especially the rose bud, my rose bud doesn't turn like Yoke Moy, need to do more practise.....
