Lasagna & Pecan Pie

2 trays of beef lasagna & pecan pie for my dear hubby belated birthday....& also for makan-makan with our friend, wahi & his wife, fiza & my long lost cousin/friend, Eary onSunday, 6 June 2010...but unfortunately Wahi & Fiza are rushing home while my lasagna is in the oven....tak ade rezeki...insya allah next time....

MCDC Get-to-Gather

My 1st. meet with my fellow MCDC (Malaysian Cake Decorators' Club) members @ Jasmine Towers, SS2 on 24 Oct. 2009....hmmmm couldn't find the place eventhough I'm using my dear hubby's GPS....at last manage to reach there @ 3.15pm... Bulla Butter & Marshmallow's

Sempat singgah kat Perling Indah, JB, during our visit to JB.....my dear hubby 'berkenan' kat white marshmallow's...couldn't find this product in Klang valley.

Now I'm using Bulla butter, since BWY offering at RM4.10...hopefully the price would not increase for coming festive season...

My first attempt baking a cream puff from recipe Chef Nermala with chocolate custard. Yummy!!!! especially just out from oven!
