Classic Cakes @ CakeConnection

At last I managed to attend the Classic Cakes by Joanne Fam (WMI hall of fame & mcdc founder) at CakeConnection on 16 April 2009. She showed us how to bake the classic butter cake with traditional buttercream, carrot cake with cream cheese & chocolate cake with chocolate ganache topping. I do admire her creation so I just slot-in my time to attend her class....

Attended the International Cakes & Decorations by Chef Asma at BWY.....& the cakes are Chocolate Mashmallow Slice, Chocolate Banana Treasure, Strawberry Charlotte Royal Dome & Mocha Walnut Torte...we can see most of the cakes they serve in hotel....
