Fondant Carrot Cake

My sister's friend, Nurul from UiTM Sarawak ordered a 2kgs of Carrot Cake & she wants a fondant with simple deco as long as the roses are purple in colour for her engagement on 10 April 2009 at her hometown, Taiping, Perak. A simple deco with purple gumpaste roses & the cake almost 3.5kgs after completed.... Thanks sis for the order & hope both of you like it.

Baby Shower Cuppies

Baby Shower Cuppies by our sifu, sis Lynn Hassan at ICCA Section PJ on 4 April 2009 and quite a big group turn-up....& within 2 hours we need to complete all 4 + 1 designs. It looks simple but a bit tedious job...but its really fun...

Grand Finale for Course 3 - Wilton Method of Cake Decorating

At last I've completed my course 3 - Wilton Method of Cake Decorating on Sat, 28 March 2009. Thanks a lot to my instructor, YokeMoy. Will be more confident in decorating cake after this....aim to attend the WMI seminar next year, hopefully.

Here my grand finale cake, simple vanilla cake with raisins from chef Tania's recipe and I'm using sis Ayu buttercream...

Everybody were using the gumpaste roses except for me...see my voilet morning glory flowers...
