My sister order a wedding cake for her friend, Cikgu Izzah. She asked me to bake the Fly African ButterCake from RNet recipe with the bride & the bridegroom edible image and the rosses must be Orange in colour. I've ordered the image from my sifu, sis ayu. The cake weight almost 3.5kgs....

Right after the wedding reception ends, I started to ice the cuppies. My first attempt to form a cupcake a cake. I need 70pcs of cuppies to form a small football field. For my nephews, Hakem & Haziq Iqbal, Happy Belated Birthday.... semuanye excited...including myself.....not bad...lah...thanks for MCDC forum...especially to sis Najat for your step-by-step tutorial....

I've baked Orange Cornflakes CupCake and Choc-IceCream Strawberry Marble Cake from Chef Tania's recipie for my cousin reception on 14/3/09 and its turn very nice.... I've made few green rosses since the colour theme is green.. 
This order came from the person that I even don't know them, Yanti/Azan/Fadzil ....but I've bake a wedding cake for their friend, Ilyia, sometimes last year...so they want the same chocolate cake but the theme must be turquois & cream..... this where the challenge come...to get the BC turquois in colour???? There is no turquois colour in Wilton product so I need to combine the Sky Blue + Yellow Lemon (according to Wilton website) but..... the colour turns a bit greenish rather than blueish....so I add in a bit royal blue....so here comes the turquois and white rosse....& the cake was 3kgs++
Since I'm not able to attend my friend, Liana's wedding on 7 March 2009 in Dungun, I've baked her the strawberry cuppies with very simple design... Hope she like it and Selamat Pengantin Baru, Liana & Anuar, moga berbahagia hingga ke akhir hayat.....
