Blueberry Butter Cake

Order came from my officemate, Azie whom getting married on 8 March 2009. She wants her wedding cake to be as simple as can with the combination colours of ivory, soft green & bright pink. I'm using Chef Nermala's recipe & I've baked in the 12"x12"x3" tray whereby I need 4 recipies of butter cake with blueberry. The cake is too heavy & the weight is 5kgs++

My Final Class for Course 2

I've completed the Course 2 for Wilton Method of Cake Decorating on 28 Feb. 2009.... only 7 of us ie k.Jay, k.Aminah, Nomie, AiLing, Aqilah & one lady (sorry sis, forgotten your name) turn-up for the final class.... we're really enjoy & have fun when decorating using the basketweave technique and assemble the flowers, birds, k.Jay with her flower pot & Aqilah with her little house...... hope to see you girlzzz for the next Course 3 in March. The class end till 5.15pm due to photograph session.....

For our instructor, sis YokeMoy, thanks for teaching us...its really fun & enjoyable....I'm eager for the coming course 3 next month...

The Grand Finale Cake - Course 2

I bake the Oreo Butter Cake from Mat Gebu's recipi and this time I've tried k.Mis's buttercream to cover my cake. sis YokeMoy teach us the basketweave technique for our grand finale cake and I've use tip 47 & tip 20 for my cake....

More flowers for course 2 and we're using the royal icing.....such as apple blossom, violet leaf, violet, daisy, daffodil, pansy, primrose and the one that I love most .....the victorian rose...
